Shipping & returns
All orders over £50 are delivered free within the UK and are shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class service.
All orders under £50 will be shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class or 2nd Class service and you will have the opportunity to make this choice during the check out process. Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout.
We aim to have your order with you within 3-5 working days and proof of postage will be obtained however this can vary from time to time depending on the availability of stock.
If you require express delivery please contact us at and we will do our best to arrange this. However, please note that an additional cost may be incurred.
If there is a delay or problem with your order we will contact you as soon as possible by email or phone.
We do not deliver outside of the UK at the present time.
We will endeavour to ship your goods within the delivery time frame stated at the time you place your order. If the product/s become out of stock you will be advised of this by our customer services team at which point you can either cancel the order and receive a full refund or be advised of a new delivery time frame which you may or may not accept.
In the case of Nursery Furniture. There are occasions where this may have a longer wait time than stated when you place your order. If this is the case we will advise you of how long the wait is likely to be. You can either accept this or if not acceptable you can cancel the order and receive a full refund.
The driver delivering Nursery Furniture will not be employed by Daisy Tree Baby Boutique.
Please note that we offer a furniture delivery and assembly service in some areas. This service is carried out by our own transport and by fully qualified and experienced fitters.

We hope you are very happy with your purchase, however if you require a refund or wish to exchange your purchase or you feel it is unsuitable, please return the item in its original condition with labels attached within 14 days of receipt. Packaging and delivery costs are non-refundable. If returning a product, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please contact us for a returns address and to let us know that the item is being returned.
Any amounts you have been charged will be repaid to you by way of credit to your account within thirty days. However, we may have delivered or dispatched the products you have ordered. In this circumstance, you may return the products to us at your own expense or we can arrange for the item to be collected which will be arranged by one our advisors and will incur an uplift charge.
Goods may also be returned to our store if previously arranged.
Any products returned must be received by us in the same condition and packaging as we delivered them to you. To avoid this, we recommend that you advise us as soon as possible if you wish to exercise this right to withdraw.
